The Cellar of the Lausanne Palace & Spa is full of vintage treasure: nearly 8000 references are calibrated in our alleys!
Swiss wines are of course cheerfully represented in this cellar of exclusive reserves which focuses on the Swiss speaking regions of Lavaux, Valais and Geneva.
As for the Burgundies and Bordeaux the greatest vintages are coming from owners reputed as guaranteeing an irreproachable quality.
Far from setting aside the renowned vintages of the world the wine cellar of the Lausanne Palace & Spa offers wines from New Zealand, South Africa, California and Chile.
