In the heart of the Window Club, the Espace Esthétique of CBE Concept Spa is open to all. With a selection of complementary cosmetic brands, this space for both men and women offers a range of care treatments for the needs of the facial and body skin, pampering and relaxing.

For both men and women – facials :

• After examination of your skin, one of our aestheticians will guide you in the choice of your care treatments at the Espace Esthétique and will advise you about your treatments at home. The Aveda philosophy is rooted in the five elements of nature: air, water, fire, earth and infinity. During treatment, the aim of rebalancing the skin and removing the stress is approached by an Aveda questionnaire that will define your constitution and guide the choice of the aromas and products used in a very personalised way.
• The Pevonia Botanica product line is very technically sophisticated and their active ingredients provide visible benefits for the skin.
• The rejuvenating treatments are all preceded by a sensory test, the Sensory Journey. You will experience different essential oils and choose in a very personal manner those which inspire you, to balance the mind and the body.
• Men can also benefit from making their skin youthful. By incorporating the latest findings targeting anti-aging, the Pevonia Botanica care treatments combine natural ingredients for immediate results.

The CBE Concept Spa offers aesthetic medicine treatments. The manager of the aesthetic medicine at the Centre, Diana Zbinden offers treatments in collaboration with Dr Luc Moudon.

Our two specialists have acquired long experience; Diana Zbinden in private clinics of international reputation, Dr Luc Moudon in the field of sport. They practise independently and master the equipment of permanent hair removal, vascular lesion treatment, resurfacing and skin tightening.

• Body Sculpt Flash Lamp system for progressive permanent hair removal, treatment of diseases of the vessels (rosacea) and skin rejuvenation.

In the gym of the CBE Concept Spa of the Lausanne Palace, equipped with Technogym machines, our “Personal trainers” will share with you their experience and motivate you individually.

A comprehensive and daily range of programs is offered :

• Personalised work program
• Pilates and Swissbody Method Pilates
• Yoga
• Stretching

The courses are given by professional instructors, selected from amongst the best in their respective disciplines.

In parallel, the Kids Corner offers a unique fitness concept specially dedicated to children. The three small machines adapted to their size – treadmill, cross trainer and stationary bike – have been carefully designed to represent cartoon characters, like real playmates. Their design and their ergonomic shapes plunge children into an imaginary world of cartoons.

Children are supervised by a trainer who teaches sport to adults, with other infrastructure also available to them such as the “scribble wall”, which allows them to draw and paint, and a library.
