The personalised care treatment programs of the wellness centre and of the CBE beauty space are designed in a spirit of relaxation, balance and discovery.

Our therapists, trained in the forefront of the new techniques of care treatments, offer to achieve your objectives, by putting their knowledge to work in the service of your wellness.

We have chosen the AVEDA, Phyto 5 and marocMaroc for body care.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

Twelve years after the creation of the Centre de Bien-Être (CBE), the area has a new look and gives birth to a new place full of light: the Window Club, also open to non members of the CBE Concept Spa.

Three magnificent studios have been designed to widen the choice of the physical activities, with the key a new concept in group classes :

  • Body building, cardiovascular interval training with Valérie ARM

Interval training finally gives the opportunity of bringing together muscular work with an intensive cardiovascular effort. A true mix between Power Sculpt and a course of Basic Step. This discipline promotes weight loss and increases muscle tone, all in a superb assured ambiance ... a true 3 in 1 formula!

  • Power Sculpt with Valérie ARM

Power Sculpt is real intensive muscular work, along with body awareness and a control of good postures. This discipline helps especially with weight loss and helps to reshape the silhouette.

  • Step Dance with Valérie ARM

Step dance is a nice sequence of choreographed steps around and on the step, which work on the cardiovascular and the weight loss with the fun of the dance. This discipline is the opportunity to free your mind, evacuate the stress and the toxins! A real back to basics of body awareness through the CBE.

  • Spinning with Anouk AMARA

Spinning is a method of sports training on a stationary exercise bike with motivating music that invites you to travel.
Cardiovascular and muscular work guaranteed, both enjoyable and complete. Ideal for burning off the calories...

  • Zumba with Christiane BAKEMHE

Zumba is above all a cardio course, mixing Latin dance steps such as the Salsa, the Merengue, the Flamenco and the Reggeaton. You also learn to develop your balance and to coordinate your movements. This discipline is a way of spending without realising, one hour of exercise, that’s about 500 calories lost! It is not necessary to be a professional of Latin dance to participate, and not necessary to be a great sports person, the goal being to spend time in good spirits and share a moment of conviviality.

  • Total Body Training with Anouk AMARA

A course of dynamic strengthening with weights. After a warm up (a series of simple aerobic movements), you strengthen all the muscles of your body using dumbbells and a bar adapted to your training level. The session concludes by an abs series and stretching.

  • Ashtanga Yoga with Cécile TARIC

Ashtanga is a dynamic and solar yoga which combines breathing, movement and poses. Based on the sun salutations, the session transforms into a real meditation reflecting the music and its own breathing. A live art and an ancient science, yoga is the harmony and well being of man on the physical, mental and spiritual planes.

  • Fitness Plus with Christophe OSWALD

Personal training is the ideal way to achieve your objectives and to awaken the pleasure of progressing in an environment adapted to your needs. The development of new methods more and more efficient and balanced has the objective of searching for the harmony between the body and the mind. Whether to lose weight, improve the posture and the flexibility, tone your body or increase your strength and muscular endurance, you will be advised and monitored by a professional.
